Terms and Conditions

CLOTHING POLICY:
The client is modestly draped AT ALL TIMES with the only exposed skin being the area being worked at the time. Please note underpants or boxers are to be worn AT ALL TIMES for modesty, hygiene and ethical reasons in accordance with ATMS Regulations.

CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellations should be given 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 is required, unless in case of emergency whereby a letter in writing confirming emergency details will be required.

NO SHOWS:
If a client was to miss an appointment for any reason aside from an emergency (of which case a letter in writing confirming emergency details will be required) FULL PAYMENT is required. This is due to the fact that it is impossible to refill the timeslot allocated at the last moment.

LATE SHOWS/EARLY DEPARTURES:
In the case were a client arrives late for an appointment or has to leave earlier than the appointed timeslot, full payment is required as the timeslot has already been allocated.

HEALTH FUNDS:
Although we are providers of most Health Funds, it is up to the client to check whether their level of insurance covers their required treatment. Holi & Soley take no responsibility for those Health Funds that don't cover required treatments nor for any changes made by any of the Health Funds.

IMPROPER CONDUCT:

Holi & Soley have the right to refuse or dismiss any client displaying improper conduct in any way offensive to the therapist and staff including sexual misconduct and or drunkeness.

MOBILE PHONES:
To avoid any interruption to yours or any other clients treatment we request that all Mobile Phones be turned off on the premises.
